Musk’s Newmarket Miini Musk's (cocktail sausages) are made to the recipe created by James Musk in 1884. Traditionally made in small batches, using fully traceable pork shoulder meat from British pigs, our a secret blend of spices encased in a natural skin to retain the succulence for which Musk’s sausages are renowned. These “mini Musk's” are perfect for serving at parties and a favourite with the kids!
All our varieties have received recognition from the Guild of Fine Food Retailers by being awarded their Gold Award.
