Delivery

All Musk’s sausages are made to order to ensure as long a shelf life as possible, please allow up to 3-5 working days from ordering for us to dispatch your goods, although we will always aim to get it to you sooner!

All orders are either sent out on either a Monday for Tuesday delivery or on a Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. If ordering after 10am on Thursday the earliest time that your parcel could be sent out is Monday. Should you require a different delivery day please call the office on 01638 662626 prior to placing your order.

Our parcels have been tested to maintain their temperature for 24 hours and all orders are sent by our chosen courier for next day delivery. If you have any particular delivery instructions please advise us at the time of ordering, especially if you may not be in to receive your parcel.

Where possible, we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours, it is also possible to send goods to a neighbour. We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.

Standard Delivery Charges

For orders over £40 shipping is free! Under £40, there is a standard delivery fee of £8.50

 This is to cover the cost of a recyclable box and inner, cool pack and a courier to deliver the next day.

We regret that we are unable to send goods to non-UK mainland, certain regions on the mainland or beyond The British Isles. If in doubt please contact the office prior to ordering.

Returns

In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Do not return goods without first speaking to a customer services advisor at office@musks.com or call us on 01638 662626.
