A special recipe only available in the November and December each year and winner of the National Speciality Sausage of the Year for 2015 in the Sausage of the Year Awards held during British Sausage Week.

It is a truly festive recipe. With our secret blend of spices, this sausage has often been described as tasting “like stuffing” and we think you’ll agree that it goes fantastically with your turkey! Traditionally made in small batches, using fully traceable pork shoulder meat from British pigs, locally baked bread and a secret blend of spices encased in a natural skin to retain the succulence for which Musk’s sausages are renowned.
