Pork and Leek Sausages


The recipe for Musks Pork & Leek Sausages is based on the well known sausage created in Newmarket by James Musk in 1884 and bears the hallmark of quality for which Musks is renowned.

All Musks sausages are handmade in small batches, using only the finest prime British pork, bread which has been baked in the traditional manner, and a secret blend of spices together with fresh leeks encased in a natural skin.

The same established methods have been used in the making of quality sausages for over 135 years.
