Recipes Wicked Indulgent Sausages Serves 4 to 6 people
Soak the prunes in the cider overnight, melt the butter and brown the sausages. Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the last and cook for 20 mins over a gentle heat. Remove the sausages and prunes and keep warm, add redcurrent or cranberry, whisk until fairly smooth and thicken if necessary. Serve with creamed potatoes, broccoli and a nice glass of cider.
