We pride ourselves on our products and professional service. If, in the unlikely event, the product does not reach you in perfect condition please contact our Customer Relations Department on 01638 662626 or contact us by email. Your statutory rights are not affected by the following:

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted.

Confirmation of Order. Once an order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation including a contact name, the total price and delivery date.

Tracking your Delivery. We will contact you by telephone or e-mail if notified of any unexpected delays.

Our products are packed in insulated containers with freezer packs to ensure their freshness. Delivery will be by overnight courier to reach you the next working day as requested. A signature will be required upon receipt. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Packaging damaged during transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.

Payment is due when the purchaser is satisfied that the goods have been received in good condition. All prices include carriage to addresses on UK mainland only.

We apollogise that owing to distribution costs we are unable to accept orders from overseas, Northern Ireland and Scottish highlands, please enquire with the office prior to placing an order.
