Pork & Leek Sausages

Our other variety is an award winning pork & leek sausage. The recipe is based on the well-known sausage created by James Musk but with the addition of leeks. These sausages bear the hallmark of quality for which Musk’s are renowned.

All our varieties have received recognition from the Guild of Fine Food Retailers by being awarded their Gold Award.

Ingredients: Pork (65%), Bread (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), Leeks (9%), Water, Spices, Salt, Onion Powder, Cornflour, Herbs, Natural Casings. Preservative: Sodium Sulphite. Allergy advice: Contains Gluten and Sulphur Dioxide.
