

Musk’s Newmarket sausages are made to the recipe created by James Musk in 1884. Hand made in small batches, using fully traceable pork shoulder meat from British pigs, locally baked bread and a secret blend of spices encased in a natural skin to retain the succulence for which Musk’s sausages are renowned.
All our varieties have received recognition from the Guild of Fine Food Retailers by being awarded their Gold Award.
