Chipolata Sausages

Chipolatas, hand made to James Musk’s recipe from prime pork shoulder meat, traditionally baked bread and a secret blend of spices. They make a wonderful start to the day as part of a typical British breakfast or as an accompaniment to roast poultry.

All our varieties have received recognition from the Guild of Fine Food Retailers by being awarded their Gold Award.

Ingredients: Pork (75%), Bread (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), Water, Spices, Salt, Natural Casings, Preservative: Sodium Sulphite. Allergy advice: Contains Gluten and Sulphur Dioxide.
